Happy St. Patrick’s Day! How about a freebie? This cute Lucky Clover greeting card is made with the Shamrock Border design from last year, converted into SVG format. Both versions are free for subscribers to download.

These shamrocks are super cute on a greeting card! I converted my embroidery design file to SVG format and made this one with my Cricut Maker.
Love the design but not into making cards? It’s also available as an SVG file for you to use any way you like! Feel free to scale it up, convert it to a drawing, or add it to other designs.
Directions for a Greeting Card
To make this as a greeting card, first download the free template. You can get the password by signing up for my newsletter at the bottom of this post.
Load the SVG file into Design Space. The design is in two colors, so will need two mats. I used white cardstock for the body of the card and green for the backing.
Tip: Remember to ungroup the file and delete the Swellegant Design logo before sending the design to your machine to cut!
The Cricut Maker will cut out the card, border, backing, and a handful of bonus confetti.
Glue the green backing to the inside of the card, behind the shamrock design. I used a small paintbrush to apply a light layer of quick dry tacky glue around the cutouts. Pay extra attention to the edges and areas next to the clover stems.
Let dry, then fold the card in half. Viola! Who will you send yours to?
